In vinification in white and rosé musts (during alcoholic fermentation) BENTOSTAB facilitates protein precipitation and clarification.
In white wine clarification, BENTOSTAB enables the wine to be stabilised in terms of proteins.

INOBENT

INOBENT is a bentonite which facilitates sedimentation of lees at the end of alcoholic fermentation. It has low deproteinisation qualities and therefore does not remove the elements which are needed for the second alcoholic fermentation.
