GELOCOLLE is a silica soil solution suitable for rapid wine bonding, in conjunction with the gelatin, or the isinglass. The Gelocolle silica particles react with the proteins contains in the bonding product, forming flakes. As they settle, they pull down the suspended particles which are disturbing the wine.
