It provides body and sweetness, enabling tannins that are astringent due to lack of maturity to be coated. It diminishes plant and herbaceous characters. It is also enhanced by fresh wood and fosters a riper fruity

FEELWOOD CHOC & TOASTED
As a dedicated toasted wood formula, CHOC & TOASTED is used in elevage to develop a woody aromatic profile with notes of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Its sweetening power brings out a jammy black fruit character.
Mix of medium and strong toasting.
