Used during disgorging or when dosing sparkling wines which exhibit delicate development characteristics and/or slight excess iron.

INODOSE 2

Potassium metabisulphate based prepared tablet. Releases 2 g of SO2 per tablet in musts, wines or liqueurs. Facilitates the sulphiting operation. Allows the progressive release of the desired dose of SO2.

INODOSE 5

Potassium metabisulphate based prepared tablet. Releases 5 g of SO2 per tablet in musts, wines or liqueurs. Facilitates the sulphiting operation. Allows the progressive release of the desired dose of SO2.

INODOSE GRANULÉS

Presented in the form of small white, solid, odourless granules (between 1 and 5 mm). Release a precise dose of SO2, via water-dispersibility, in the must or wines, which facilitates the sulphiting operation.

MÉTABISULFITE DE POTASSIUM

Used for fresh harvests (harvesting machine, press), on musts and on wines. Contains 52 to 55 % of its weight in SO2.
