FEELWOOD BALANCE & STRUCTURE

As a fresh and toasted wood formula, BALANCE & STRUCTURE is used in vinification, on unbalanced matrices. It provides body and sweetness, enabling tannins that are astringent due to lack of maturity to be coated. It diminishes plant and herbaceous characters. It is also enhanced by fresh wood and fosters a riper fruity
profile. Mix of toasting: non-toasted, light toasted and medium toasted

FEELWOOD CHOC & TOASTED

As a dedicated toasted wood formula, CHOC & TOASTED is used in elevage to develop a woody aromatic profile with notes of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Its sweetening power brings out a jammy black fruit character. Mix of medium and strong toasting.

FEELWOOD FRUIT & SOFT

As a dedicated toasted wood formula, FRUIT & SOFT is used in elevage to enhance the structure of wines and help build up a woody aromatic profile. Subtle vanilla notes which respect fruit and provide a velvety sensation. Mix of light and medium toasting.

FEELWOOD FULL & COMPLEX

As a dedicated toasted wood formula, FULL & COMPLEX is used in elevage to develop a woody aromatic profile with toasted, grilled and brioche notes. It fosters a fine, complex woody character and gives wine amplitude and power. Extra-long medium and strong toasting.

FEELWOOD MATURE & SILKY

As a dedicated toasted stave formula, MATURE & SILKY may be used in fermentation in white wines, to develop roasted, complex woody notes. It fosters expression of white-fleshed or exotic fruit notes, and a silky, unctuous sensation on the palate. Medium and strong toasting.

FEELWOOD RICH & SUBTLE

As a dedicated toasted wood formula, RICH & SUBTLE is used in elevage to develop a woody, aromatic profile with roasted, mocha and grilled almond notes. Recommended on very mature wine matrices with high pH levels, it adds freshness and tension, as well as extending persistence of length. Mix of long medium and strong toasting

FEELWOOD VIVACITY & MINERAL

As a dedicated toasted staves formula, VIVACITY & MINERAL may be used in fermentation in fresh white wines, to develop a subtle, woody aromatic profile. It brings out the best in citrus notes and mineral expression (flint, pencil lead). Light and extra-long medium toasting.
